Hilde De Maeseneer (Dendermonde, 1974) graduated in 1997 with distinction as a law graduate from Ghent University (UGent).
After her law studies, she started as a trainee lawyer at the Dendermondse Balie at the office of lawyer Herman De Smedt, where she gained extensive experience in liability files. From 2005 to 2013, she worked at the law firm Denderlaw (J. Heyvaert and P. Van Lembergen), and continued her training in liability law. She successfully advises insurance companies and government companies (including on traffic, extra-contractual liability, physical damage, etc.). Hilde De Maeseneer also kept her own private practice in Waasmunster, so that she did not lose touch with other branches of law.
Since March 2013, Hilde De Maeseneer has been part of Pauwels Advocaten, now Wanted Law. With her expertise she focuses on all aspects of liability law.
Hilde became a partner of Wanted Law Sint-Niklaas in July 2021.
Wanted Law Dendermonde was founded in 2026 as an independent Wanted Law firm, stemming from Wanted Law Sint-Niklaas, a firm that Hilde is actively involved in. Consequently, Hilde will regularly be present at the Wanted Law Dendermonde office, where she will apply her experience and expertise to unburden our clients in Dendermonde as well and provide them with optimal support.
