Joachim Vanspeybrouck (Bruges, 1975) obtained his law degree at the Catholic University of Leuven, after completing his candidatures in Kortrijk.
He completed his training through a post-graduate training as a mediator in insurance matters, a post-graduate training as a trustee-liquidator and a post-graduate training as a mediator in civil and commercial disputes.
He has been a lawyer at the West Flanders Bar (formerly Bruges) since 1999. For more than 10 years he also taught liability and procedure in the insurance intermediary training (syntra Vlaanderen).
In 2003 he was a founding partner of VSV lawyers, after which he joined Speyk in March 2011. Lawyers founded.
In July 2019, he joined the law firm Wanted Law with the firm.
Within the firm, he handles cases with a special interest in real estate, corporate, contract and liability law, but he also continued to actively deal with property law aspects of family law files.
He is also often appointed as a debt mediator, administrator and trustee of unattended estates.
Since April 2017, he is also an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters and was included in the list of accredited mediators of the Federal Mediation Commission. Since 2020, he has been included on the list of collaborative lawyers.
He is co-author of various publications and, where possible, strives for a conflict-avoiding solution based on the underlying interests of the clients, based on a continuous pursuit of added value.
