Paul Verhaeghe

Paul Verhaeghe (Kortrijk, 1972) has been a lawyer since 1998 and a member of the Ghent Bar Association and the Dutch Bar Association in Brussels, where he has his head office. He is mainly active in tax law. In addition, he is familiar with matters involving taxation, such as financial criminal law, insurance law, liability law for accounting professions and inheritances.

After his studies at the University of Ghent, where he obtained his law degree, he followed an additional study in tax law at the Université libre de Bruxelles. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Belgian Association of Tax Lawyers.

He is particularly interested in the nascent branch of tax law related to digital activities. He closely follows developments in this matter and contributes to this by answering public inquiries and writing articles.
