Sofie Van Hee (Sint-Niklaas, 1969) studied law at the University of Antwerp, completing a thorough study of criminal law, social law, and judicial law, and obtained her master's degree in June 1995. Since then, she has been a lawyer at the Dendermonde Bar. She interned with the late Master Stanislas Muller and began her practice in Waasmunster in October 1995. From 2000 to July 2025, she held an office in Hamme, enthusiastically joining the Wanted Law team in Sint-Niklaas in August 2025.
She was a board member of the Dendermonde Young Bar Conference for a considerable time and chaired it from October 2003 to October 2005.
Mr. Sofie Van Hee completed a special training program in juvenile law and is an active juvenile lawyer. She holds the Certificate in Cassation in Criminal Cases and completed the Supralat-Salduz program. She is also a certified collaborative lawyer.
She handles a wide range of cases, including family law, traffic law, tort law, construction and contracting law, juvenile law, and criminal law.
In her spare time, Sofie is an avid diver and also provides PADI diving courses. She is also active in amateur football.
