The cost for the consultation is 250 EUR.

Phase 2: Written advice
If you want to let everything sink in after the consultation, you have the option, but of course not the obligation, to receive the advice in an extensive written version.
This can be useful if you want to persuade the other individual co-owners to join you in challenging the decisions of the general meeting.
You will then receive extensively documented written advice with a factual outline on the one hand and an overview of the possible grounds for invalidity that can be invoked in any proceedings.
The cost for the written advice is EUR 150 on top of the consultation.
Phase 3: Start a procedure
Finally, after being sufficiently informed, you can choose to initiate proceedings for annulment of the general meeting.
If after the consultation you are already sure that you want to challenge the general meeting, phase 2 can be skipped and agreements can be made immediately about the start of the procedure.
