What can you expect?

As soon as the order has been placed, the lawyers of Wanted Law will take action and they will contact you for consultation and the start of the file. We take care of your concerns and prepare the file.

Our service consists of two phases:

  • The administrative preparation (phase 1).
  • The legal proceedings (phase 2).

De administratieve voorbereiding (fase 1)

Phase 1 is the preparation phase. Before submitting your request, we will prepare your file administratively and request all necessary information, such as:

  • the copies of all previous criminal convictions
  • all necessary certificates with regard to these statements
  • Request proof of payment of the fine and costs
  • Contact with the concerned Public Prosecutor's Offices;
  • ....

We monitor the correct progress of the delivery of the documents and send the necessary reminder letters if it appears that the government services do not respond.

The cost for the administrative phase varies depending on the number of convictions on your extract. In the majority of situations, the number of convictions is limited, but in some cases there are dozens of convictions.

That is why we charge a basic amount of EUR 750 for all situations involving a maximum of 5 convictions. If you have more than 5 convictions, we will charge a surcharge as follows:

  • 1-5 convictions : 750 EUR (basic amount)
  • 6-10 conviction: basic amount + 150 EUR
  • 11-15 conviction: basic amount + 375 EUR
  • 16 and more convictions: basic amount + 600 EUR

When ordering the service, you pay the advance of EUR 750 (basic amount) and state your number of convictions on the extract and we will automatically settle the surcharge.

If you had prior convictions with victims (civil parties), we will charge an additional surcharge of EUR 25 per victim. This surcharge is charged during the treatment, so not via the webshop.

The legal proceedings (phase 2).

When your file is 100% in order, we prepare and submit a request for reparation of honor and rights. We will forward this petition to the Public Prosecutor and assist you with the further course of the procedure until it is completed. The cost for this is EUR 400 and will be charged at the start of this phase.

In most cases, the procedure is in writing. The fixed price of EUR 400.00 only applies if you do not have to appear at the hearing.

What if you still have to appear at a hearing?

The procedure is in principle in writing, but in exceptional cases you as an applicant will nevertheless be heard and you will receive a summons to appear at a hearing. It is not always possible to predict whether or not you will be called. For example, it is not possible to predict at the start of the file whether you will pass the subjective assessment of the application for reparation. That is why, in this exceptional case, we foresee an additional cost of EUR 800 for the preparation (checking why you were summoned, inspection of the file, etc.) and assistance at the Court hearing. The cost of preparing the file (checking why you were called up, accessing the file, etc.).
