Young dynamism at WANTED LAW Sint-Niklaas: Laura Moens
At WANTED LAW, we strongly believe in the power of young talent. This year as well, motivated students are given the opportunity—through a job-shadowing internship—to bridge the gap between legal theory and day-to-day practice.
One of them is Laura Moens, a second-year master’s student in Law. During her internship at our Sint-Niklaas office, she gained a very hands-on introduction to the work of our lawyers: from studying case files to attending hearings and client consultations.

The team at WANTED LAW Sint-Niklaas gave me the opportunity to get to know the practice of the legal profession during my second master’s year. From day one, I was warmly welcomed by a friendly and approachable team. During my internship, I had the chance to attend hearings, draft pleadings, review case files, and sit in on consultations. In addition, I received accessible assignments, constructive feedback, and the space to grow.
Thanks to this internship, I was able to explore different areas of law and gained a clear picture of how diverse the legal profession is. The team’s guidance and involvement only strengthened my enthusiasm for the profession and showed me how fascinating and varied legal practice can be. I am very grateful to the entire WANTED LAW Sint-Niklaas team for the opportunities, trust, and support I experienced during my internship.
