PRESS: Joachim Vanspeybrouck (Wanted Law Brugge) on the invalid sale of flats in Zeebrugge
The Ghent Court of Appeal has annulled the sale of thirteen apartments in Zeebrugge due to fraud. More than ten years after purchase, the buyers were still living on a construction site, despite having different expectations regarding delivery and amenities when they bought the property.
Joachim Vanspeybrouck, a partner at Wanted Law Bruges, contributed to this case in several articles. He explained that the ruling highlights the importance of accurate information and transparent communication in real estate transactions.
