The Young Dynamism at Wanted Law Brugge: Ariyana Omari
At Wanted Law, we strongly believe in the power of young talent. This summer, several motivated interns will once again have the opportunity to take their first steps in the legal profession. One of them is Ariyana, who is interning at our Bruges office. She's happy to share her experience.
Ariyana recently completed her first Master of Laws at Ghent University, with a special focus on migration law. She worked with a law firm for a year as part of the Migration Law Clinic. In the coming academic year, she plans to further explore criminal and juvenile law. She is almost certain her future lies in the legal profession, making her all the more grateful for the opportunity to intern at Wanted Law.
From day one, I received a warm and welcoming welcome at the office, which immediately made me feel at ease. I had the opportunity to see firsthand what the daily life of a lawyer is like, with all its challenges and nuances. It was special to see how the theoretical knowledge from the classroom translated into concrete cases, real clients, and tangible results. This summer internship bridged the gap between study and practice for me and gave me an inspiring glimpse into the fascinating legal profession.
