PRESS: contribution in Henri baliemagazine by Paul Verhaeghe on the Confidentiality of legal advice provided by lawyers
On 13 November, the Henri balie magazine published Paul Verhaeghe's contribution 'Confidentiality of legal advice by lawyers under European barrage'.
Mr. Paul Verhaeghe has reservations about the upcoming anti-money laundering regulations in light of recent European case law that provides enhanced protection for advice from lawyers, also outside the context of disputes.
