Febe De Smaele about her internship

We asked Febe what she thought of her internship. This is what she told us:

'I got to know this office during the VRG Gent job fair. The legal profession has always appealed to me, but I would like to know how it really works in practice. I personally have a great interest in criminal law, but I am also interested in juvenile law, personal and family law and contract law. Of course I would also like to get to know other branches of law a little better. That is why an internship at a firm that deals with various branches of law seemed very interesting to me.

The winter internship at Wanted Law was very interesting and varied. For example, I was allowed to attend several hearings at different courts, I was allowed to attend consultations, I was given the opportunity to draw up my own pleadings and I was allowed to do research for various files. In this way the theory was really converted into practice, which was very educational. Moreover, I was assisted by a team that was very friendly and helpful.
