You have reasons to suspect that you are a victim of historical PFAS emissions from 3M's industrial activity in Zwijndrecht, and you live in Zwijndrecht, Kruibeke, Beveren or Antwerp.
- because you (your family) have lived in the area in the past 30 years, with the risk of health problems as a result, and/or
- because you (your family) own a property in the area, the value of which has fallen and which may become unsaleable.
Consequently, you wish to obtain information - on a non-binding basis - about participation in the legal action(s) that will be initiated against 3M on behalf of the citizens' collective “DARKWATER3M”.
