The Young dynamism in the office of Wanted Law Sint-Niklaas
We were able to welcome Chey De Roeck from September 5 to September 23, 2022 for her summer internship at our office in Sint-Niklaas.
Chey is 21 years old and studies law at Ghent University. This year she has to compose her master's degree with various electives and with this she tries to get more in touch with the different branches of law. Since she has no internships in the 5-year trajectory, she wanted to taste what the future could bring before the end of her school career.
The short time at Wanted Law Sint-Niklaas will immerse her in the ins and outs of a law firm!

Chey De Roeck about her internship
We asked Chey what she thought of her internship. This is what she told us:
'My summer internship at Wanted Law has given me more practical insights into the legal world. This gave me the opportunity to leave my books for a while and get a taste of the legal profession. I was allowed to write legal texts, view files, attend consultations and site visits, do research…
I was amazed at the versatility of the lawyer's profession. You should be at home in all markets. Every day is different from the previous one and you never know what unexpected turn a case will take.
In addition, I immediately noticed the warm atmosphere at Wanted Law. Everyone assisted me with a smile with their knowledge and experience. No question is too much for the team. There is therefore no place for the ivory tower at Wanted Law.
In short, a Wanted Law summer internship is ideal to get a taste of the future.
