Judicial leave from 1 July to 31 August inclusive
The big holiday is just around the corner, most people are taking their days off. This also applies in the legal sector.
The courts and tribunals are put on the back burner during judicial leave:
- The court only deals with urgent cases;
- If you start a procedure, the introductory session will in principle only take place in September;
- The time limit for the judge to make a decision is longer.
- The deadline to appeal has been extended.
This means that this also gives the lawyers some breathing room. It gives everyone the opportunity to relax on holiday and then get back to work with full energy.
We also take our well-deserved rest at Wanted Law. Please note that your contact person may be away for a while, but our offices will remain open. It is best to contact your Wanted Law office via the general channels.
