Environmental law
Environmental Law is the umbrella name for Environmental Law and Spatial Planning Law. It includes procedures in government affairs and administrative law.
What is covered by environmental law?
Environmental law concerns all laws and regulations concerning the physical living environment, the environment in which people live, work and recreate. These include the following topics:
- build - renovate
- environment - exploitation
- water
- spatial planning
- nature protection
It contains the rules of the game for the development and management of our environment.
Environmental law becomes concrete when permits are involved. These are provided by the government. We can assist you legally with the preparation and guidance for this application. This ranges from application to the municipality or city to the Deputation and Council for Licensing Disputes
When a permit is applied for in your neighbourhood, you as a citizen have the right to submit your comments (objections) and any appeals. We can always help you with this too.
